Can you give an example(s) of what is (un)acceptable on a document?

A. The document should have a title ("Claim of Lien," "Quitclaim Deed," etc.). The notary 

stamp should not be stamped over existing text or it will not scan clearly. The notary stamp should also be legible, not so light that it does not show up or is so dark that it appears smeared when scanned. The notary should sign. An Exhibit "A" (i.e. legal description) should be included if it is referenced in the document. The text should be legible, not faded or smeared.
