B. Or mail it (Insert mailing address) with the recording fee and a self-addressed stamped
envelope;
C. Or leave it in the drop box with the fee and self-addressed stamped envelope, or
contact information;
D. The Claim of Lien must be filled out, properly notarized, and include a legal description
of the property.
E. All recording fees* apply.
