Can I have a record search conducted by you?

A. Yes, but it will be an informal and uncertified search. We charge $40.00 per hours and 

we will charge a $40.00 minimum. (NMSA 14-8-14). We can only do a computer search from May, 2003. If the records are before that you will have to come into the Clerk's Office to do a book search. For a certified search or chain of title contact a title 

company.
