I have a Revocable Transfer on Death Deed prepared and notarized for my Santa Fe property. Can I mail this to be recorded and returned to me? If so, please advise of the mailing address and fees or other options available.

Please enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope so that we can return the original document. The fee will probably be $25.00.
We charge $25.00 per 10 index items (= number of grantors, grantees, and properties involved). 57. Other options include:
Bringing in the document in person (yourself or a friend, relative, representative, etc. can bring
it), but you will have to make an appointment first.
Leaving the document in the drop box, which is the black box to the right of the entrance. If you do this please enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope or contact information so we can call you to pick it up after it is recorded.
