What is required to apply for a marriage license?

A marriage license costs $25.00. 

B. Both people must be present at the same time to fill out the application. 

C. Both people must show a government-issued photo ID (driver's license, state-issued 

non-driver ID, military ID, or passport are all applicable.) (NMSA 40-1-10B).
